  Kolb’s Learning Model… Learning is a process, not a one time event, and Kolb's Model helps us to break that process down. O ne of the most influential models was proposed by  David Kolb  ,the  Experiential  Learning Theory  (ELT)  in 1984. It is still seen as one of the most widely used learning styles model. ELT is based on the assumption that people learn by doing or from  direct experience . Not all writers agree with Kolb's theory.
